    Kordon - new stalkers have to get to the power plant beginning from the first location. This is the border between an exclusion zone and the rest of the country.

    Garbage Yard - you can find here many artifacts. The whole place is just for the radioactive waste.

    Dark Valley - always dark, always misty and always rainy. Stalkers that are going  to the Dark Valley have a chance to be killed or to find valuable artifacts.

    Pripyat - ghost city full of radioactive dust. Millions of mutants and zombies.

    The Sarcophagus - the outside cover of reactor 4 of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant. Radiation can kill you in a second.

    Wild Territory - this place is all in ruins. Many stalkers met heir death in here. Territory is also full of mutants.
